Oof I'm gonna get flak for this one. It's been a really weird year guys. Only 8 teams are above .500 ball. Cardinals are STILL really high despite the close loss. I mean...this season is whack.
Mmkay I went 9 of 15 last week for a grand total of 37/63 or 58.730% which is still quite pitiful. This season has been quite weird indeed.

I use a lot of averages. Patriots and Titans are divided by 3 as opposed to other teams that are divided by 4 when tallying all the numbers. Admittedly, this early in this season gives early byes a slight edge as their is less opportunity to screw up. Both bye teams have some good numbers though admittedly
Titans offense is better both in points forced and yards per game.
Titans are also allowing about 65 yards less per game giving them a shockingly good yard differential (+67.333 per game, 5th best in NFL currently)
Titans are even more efficient in yards per point than Bills by a small margin.
Titans seem to be better than their record. Plus it's a home game.
Record [Weighted]
Point differential [Weighted, but less than record]
Offense
Defense
Yard per point efficiency
Points are more important than yards. Defenses and special teams can score points. While I absolutely do look at yardage, I try to be fair to all 3 phases. That's why points are weighted higher

Oh, but it's the bills who are undisciplined.

I read this on my lunch. Was interesting. I know Pete Carroll has his team study ref match ups and has stats on how many holding calls, etc. Was pretty surprised a lot of people on the team didn't know about the rule for batting the ball. But lots of other people also didn't.
It's always the guy who strikes back that gets called for the penalty, usually never the instigator. Does this mean the Bills are lacking mental focus and discipline? Well, yeah... They shouldn't be striking back. Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with their moral compass, they're just undisciplined enough to fight back when someone is being an absolute jerk.
